light: without me you don’t exist
shadow: exist don’t you me out with
iris: light and shadow
entangled to each other
in a very complex way
with no end and no beginning
two mutually correlated opposites
complementing one another
one not existing without the other
..and in that little treasure box of the hidden and denied, a crack lets the light in...
iris: ..and what lies within will be illuminated and unravelled to those, who aren't afraid to have a closer look smile
Shadows will always turn to light. Terrific picture Iris smile
iris: Or to quote a maori proverb:
"Turn your face to the sun and the shadows fall behind you"
Thanks a lot, Linda! smile
There is always light, even in the darkest shadow if you choose to look for it, Iris.
iris: That's so true, Dave. In my opinion one can always find treasures of great value hidden in the shadows. It definitely pays to have a closer look.

I don't know if it has any sense what I'll write here, well anyway...many times shadows have a huge power to make our deepest hidden fears to come alive in a blink of a second, to redraw a whole path, to erase many already drawn pieces of ourselfs, to cut an infinite in some very small, almost invisible pieces...Thank you for the wonderful image Iris!
iris: That does make a lot of sense, Codrin! Yes, sometimes, when the shadow cast it's veil over us, it's like we're falling into pieces. Some of these fragments get lost in the gloom, but what lies next to us we will retrieve by and by. Thank you for your wonderful words, Codrin!
